We knew how easy it was to find ourselves giving up our careers in favour of a a job we could do around our life, so we did something about it. That Works for Me was born out of a true need and we are made up of lots of brilliant people, which is how we believe business works best. Everyone is part time, and no one does 9 to 5! We are people with real life commitments, just as committed to making our careers work for us.

Our vision is that no mum ever has to worry about going on maternity leave - because her work will fit right round her life when she comes back!
