Advanced Level 3 personal trainer, Shenda Falvey, offers fun, motivational, results driven, benchmarked and measured, one-on-one and small group training – at a time and location of your choice. Having achieved the highest level in her field (prior to NHS work), Shenda is also an ante and postnatal specialist and her experience as a mum enables her to truly understand what you require at this special time.

Her morning and lunchtime bootcamps complete her child friendly approach, as 'babies and bigger kids’ are welcome. With the stunning backdrop of the 02 and Canary Wharf, these relaxed ‘all ability’ classes double as cost effective group sessions and also compliment personal training perfectly. With free parking, bike racks and bus stops seconds away, bringing the children with you couldn’t be easier.

In addition, Shenda works closely with physiotherapists and osteopaths to help rehabilitate her clients from injury and banish pain. Alongside these skills she is also a nutrition, boxing, sports conditioning, core stability and outdoor exercise specialist. So whatever you are training for, Shenda can help.
