Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer and STOTT Pilates Instructor, Shenda Falvey, is an ante and postnatal specialist that offers fun, safe and effective one-on-one and small group training. Having achieved the highest level in her field before NHS work and her experience as a mum of two, enables her to truly understand what you require at this special time.
Whatever your stage of motherhood, Shenda offers carefully planned exercise programmes designed specifically for your needs. Both ante and postnatal sessions focus on strong pelvic floor, back and abdominal muscles, correct posture and spinal support, increased stamina and endurance and overall muscular strength and tone. This helps to alleviate ailments and aches and pains common during pregnancy, while controlling weight gain. Her specialist training also helps to ensure a quicker labour and birth and postnatal recovery, with fast but managed loss of baby weight.
Available at a time and location of your choice, (with or without baby). Options include her studio in Blackheath, your home/ office or outdoors.
Personal training clients are also welcome at Shenda’s 3 weekly bootcamps held at Central Park, Greenwich Millenium Village. With the stunning backdrop of the O2 and Canary Wharf and free parking on site, the Saturday morning class at 9.30am is baby, buggy and bigger kid friendly and the Monday and Wednesday evening classes at 7.30pm are adult only - if you fancy some ‘me’ time!
