Lazy Sausages

A delicious winter meal that can be enjoyed by all the family and, best of all, takes minimal effort. Get really good sausages to make it extra delicious!


  • 1 red onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 Romano peppers
  • 500g cherry tomatoes
  • Handful of baby new potatoes
  • 4 nice sausages
  • Olive oil


1Pre heat your oven to max – about 250 degrees.
2Slice the onion and garlic and lay them at the bottom of an oven proof dish.
3Add your Romano peppers (sliced) and cherry tomatoes (whole).
4Then put your baby new potatoes (halved) on top.
5Tuck your sausages in on top and drizzle olive oil all over.
6Put in the oven for 50 mins – 1 hour, depending on how black you like your sausages.


Top tip: Serve with crusty bread to soak up all the juices.
