Having achieved the highest level in her field before working for the NHS, Shenda is also an ante and post natal specialist and her experience as a mum of two enables her to truly understand what you require at this special time.
Not content with just helping soon-to-be and new mums, Shenda also works closely with physiotherapists and osteopaths to help rehabilitate clients from injury and banish pain. Alongside these skill she is also a nutrition, boxing, sports conditioning, core stability and outdoor exercise specialist.
