Egg Muffins

Healthy and great for snacking on the go.


  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pepper
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • Seasoning of choice


1Chop the pepper, onion and mushrooms and add to a bowl with the whisked eggs.
2Pour into a muffin tin and bake until golden brown.
3If desired you can add smoked salmon for an extra protein hit.
