Clean Pancakes

Fabulous way of making breakfast healthy and tasty. Loved by kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 50 grams ground almonds
  • 3 eggs
  • Nut butter or fruit to serve

Directions

1Hand blend or mash the bananas, stir in the 3 eggs plus the ground almonds and blend together until you have a smooth consistency.

2Heat coconut in a frying pan and add a ladle of mixture at a time, when tiny bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake flip it over.

3Repeat until the mixture is gone
