Chicken Pesto Pasta

Quick, easy, yummy. Only 5 ingredients.


  • 5 ingredients (a bit like on Ready, Steady, Cook)
  • Left over roast chicken (or a ready cooked one from Sainsburys!)
  • Bag of spinach
  • Bag of pasta
  • Punnet of tomatoes
  • Jar of pesto


1Roast tomatoes in oven (180 c) until softened a bit – 15 mins – but if no time for that just halve them and put in raw or use sun dried toms instead!
2Cook and drain pasta.
3Add bag of spinach and jar of pesto and mix in until all combined and spinach slightly wilted.
4Add sliced chicken and roasted toms.
5Ta-dah – dinner is served!
