A simple but scrummy snack. Jazz up with salad and wedges for a more substantial meal.
- Ready made puff pastry
- Grated cheese of your choice
- Sliced Tomatoes
1Preheat oven to 180c.
2Roll out squares of pastry about 10cm x 10cm.
3Lay cheese and tomato in a line from point to point.
4Fold other points into centre, joining pastry together with a dab of water.
5Bake for 15-20min. Until pastry is golden & cheese bubbling.
Allow to cool a little before biting or filling will burn!
