Great alternative to hummus.
- 1 aubergine
- 1 tea spoon tahini
- 1/2 garlic
- Salt and white pepper
- Tablespoon of olive oil
1Roast aubergine on the stove. Can put in foil to avoid mess.
2Once roasted perk the skin off and mass the aubergine. Add the teaspoon of tahini, salt and white pepper to taste. Add paprika to on top only if you want.
3Add tablespoon of olive oil in top.
Eat with pitta, naan bread or breadsticks.
